Whether you’re ready to schedule or still thinking things through, I’m happy to hear from you. The best way to get started is to book a free consultation directly through my scheduling page. But if you’d prefer to reach out first with a question or to get a feel for things, that’s completely fine too.

Schedule a free consultation — This is the simplest path. You’ll pick a time that works, and we’ll have a brief conversation where I’ll ask what’s bringing you in, answer any questions you have, and make sure we’re a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.
Call or text — 412-206-9080. If you’d rather talk or text first, I’m happy to connect that way.
Email — [email protected]. Feel free to reach out with questions about my approach, areas of focus, scheduling, or anything else you’re wondering about.
However you reach out, I’ll respond personally — typically within one business day.
What Happens After You Reach Out
We’ll start with a brief conversation — either by phone or video. I’ll ask what’s bringing you in, and you can ask me anything about how I work — I specialize in couples counseling, sex therapy, individual therapy, and therapy for men — or practical details like scheduling and fees. This is a chance for both of us to see whether it feels like a good fit.
If it does, we’ll schedule your first session and I’ll send over any necessary paperwork. If I’m not the right match for what you need, I’ll help point you toward someone who is.

Schedule NowA Few Things to Know
Confidentiality — Everything we discuss is held in strict confidence, in keeping with professional ethics and privacy law.
Emergencies — I am not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
Fees — I work on a private-pay basis, which allows for the kind of flexible, depth-oriented work that insurance-based practice often constrains. Many clients use out-of-network benefits to offset the cost.
